Michael Spires

Michael is an author who likes to create his fantasy based on reality. From a combination of personal experience and travels he strives to create writing that is grounded and balanced.

He is a graduate of Towson University with a degree in Writing and has participated in professional workshops and creative writing courses with a strong emphasis in fiction.

In his spare time Michael likes to practice archery, play games, teach children, and learn about different cultures. He is from Virginia and now resides in Baltimore, Maryland.

He identifies as a member of the LGBT community and likes to have at least one of his principle characters reflect so in his writing.
